So far I have made a rosemary focaccia and now these pretzels! I need to get better at shaping the pretzels though… but I’m loving it so far. I even have my own sour dough starter on the go 😅

    Did you use lye or baking soda —
    If you didn’t use lye, I recommend it. You can find food safe lye on Amazon – Mix it up, drop pretzels in – take out and bake – Pretzel flavor is much better with lye – (It will burn you , so wear gloves and keep away from kids)

    I love making and eating pretzels but I rarely do as they don’t last long. You can’t store them, they have to be eaten immediately.
