I first heard of this cheese in the Try Guys video Keith Eats $500 of Gourmet Cheese and this was his favorite cheese of 20+. Of course I had to try it & the checkout guy made a point to say it’s an incredible cheese too. Everyone is correct, it is soooo delicious. I already love goat cheese especially when it’s soft and the sheep milk made it even more unique. It’s marinated in olive oil with some seasoning and I spread it on some bread and it was insanely good. Pretty salty, very creamy, it’s like butter if butter was cheese. Life changing.
