Easy Baked Crispy Chicken Thighs ✨
Easy, delicious, and NOT fried!

INGREDIENTS
1 lb boneless chicken thighs
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
1 egg

Seasoned breadcrumbs
3/4 cup breadcrumbs
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp garlic powder
2 tsp Italian seasoning
1/3 cup Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp salt (or more if you want )
1/4 tsp black pepper

DIRECTIONS
1. Preheat oven to 450F.
2. Add flour to a bowl and set aside. Crack one egg in another bowl.
3. In a third bowl, add breadcrumbs and season with salt, pepper, Italian seasoning, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, and onion powder. *** Note that you can choose to salt both sides of your chicken thighs instead of adding salt and pepper to the breadcrumbs mix. It’s up to you!
4. Place chicken thighs in a baking tray lined with parchment paper or a wire rack on a baking sheet. Drizzle some oil on each chicken thigh and bake for 15-25 minutes, or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165F or more and the top is golden brown!
