    I hope you sent these pictures with a small complain to UPS. Did any of the pods survive?

    This happened to me, I waited until after I did the Nespresso video with support and then opened them up. They replaced my order without issue

    Our orders used to be delivered by some dude in his own sketchy little red truck. He would deliver late at night. Not sure how their shipping usually works but I wasn’t a fan. When entrusted to a bunch of individuals instead of UPS or something, yeah…can’t expect too much.

    Tell Nespresso, they’ll send you a new order… then salvage what you can from the rest lol

    I always send mine to a upstairs store to have that hopefully not happen getting loaded in the truck

    Been receiving Nespresso packages for years and I have never had this problem.

    Do you have a history with the delivery person ? Either way, unprofessional.

    That’s so sad… I’ve been buying from nespresso for over a year and this has never happened to me, I wonder what happened to your package.. you should contact nespresso and ask for a refund, this delivery is not acceptable.

    I’d request replacement I’ve had some damaged pods and even when they still brew it negatively affects the taste imo.

  16. My first order looked a bit like this, but all of the pods were fine. I didn’t order a ton, so the box wasn’t full and was susceptible to getting crushed.

  17. Delivery driver here: unfortunately packages are all mixed together so if a heavy thing fell on that, it gets crushed. Sorry that happened to you.

    They will replace as soon as you let them know! It isn’t their fault, this happens sometimes 😞

    That’s unlucky but it’s the fault of the courier throwing the parcel around.
    Though politely explain your situation to the support of Nespresso and they will send a replacement order your way.

    Happend to me more than once. Get in touch with Nespresso they’ll send you a new order. Now I always just go to the Nespresso store to pick up my orders.
