I’m a simple man. Three 7 oz. tri-tip, short rib, brisket burgers with sharp cheddar on brioche buns. These came out a perfect medium rare. The crust on them was insane. You snapped through in, and then it exploded into your mouth. I love making burgers in a ripping hot Smithey cast iron skillet.

Ain’t nothing wrong with actually tasting the meat and cheese instead of putting an entire salad on top of the burger.

Tbh, my favorite burger is just cheese and too much ketchup.
I don’t eat it often at all when I want to feel nostalgic as fuck I’ll cook them like my mom used to make them. It’s not really good, but it gives me such a dopamine hit and it makes me think of my mom.
