Got this steak from Walmart, 10$. Dry brined in the fridge with salt over night, rendered the fat cap in my cast iron then seared at high heat, flipped and butter basted with garlic and herbs(didn't have fresh, just moved here) then I rested for 10 minutes. It is amazing
