I’m pretty new to wines. Store without a proper wine cellar or drink now?

Those are some serious wines for someone who’s new to wine! Both wines would benefit from age, but the Barbaresco is such a beautiful wine it’ll be great whenever. The 2020 vintage resulted in really pretty and elegant wines with great purity of fruit – good ageing potential of course, but I find them approachable now. 2019s are more powerful and structured with finer tannins and probably need time. In either case you’ll want to decant them extensively.

Man, you have two top bottles! I’m crazy and I’d drink them straightaway, but they could be stored for long (in a proper cellar). Pity you don’t have one, I guess drink it haha!
