Mushroom Swiss Burger

Ingredients:
Butter 3x30g
Onion 50g and 250g
Honey 3tbls
Red wine Vinegar 1tbls
Mushroom 100g
Half/half 50ml
Swiss 25g
Ground beef 170g
Brioche bun
Salt, pepper, thyme and garlic to taste

Cooking process:
Glazed onion:
Chopped the onion.
In a skillet or frying pan over medium heat, melt the butter. Add onion and sauté 10-12 minutes till onion be soft. Then add honey and red wine vinegar into onion. Reduce heat to low, cover and cook for another 15-20 minutes.
Blended it.
Mushroom Swiss:
Prepare ingredients.
Chopped onions and mushrooms. Grate cheese.
Preheat the pan over medium heat and melt butter. Add sliced onions and fry 2-3 minutes then add sliced mushrooms and sauté for 5-7 minutes.
Add half/half fry 2-3 minutes till creamy.
Add grated Swiss into the pan. Mixed together.
Cutlet:
Preheat the pan over medium heat. Combine ground beef cutlet. Then season each patty with burger seasoning on all sides.
Add cutlet to the pan. Fry for 2 minutes on one side, then flip and grill for about 2 minutes on the other side then add butter garlic and thyme to the pan. Pour melted flavored butter over the cutlet.
Burger:
Grilled brioche to the each side.
Blended glazed onions place on bottom bun.
Add cutlet.
Place mushrooms swiss onto cutlet.
Put other bun to the top.
