A friend gifted me this pasta from Puglia and he suggested to do it with a classic pesto. Lots of basil, extra olive oil, pinoli and some parmigiano, after squashing it into a paste, put in the pot with the pasta without the water and mix it. Add some extra basil if you want.

  1. I would have added more pesto. The pasta looks good tho. You can also add Some Potato pieces and green beans to the pasta water when cooking it, in Italy many do and loves that (you keep and eat those with the pasta) edit: removed few unvoluntary period.
