I used this recipe

For the second rest I let it sit in the fridge for 48 hours
I’ll need to get a good scoring blade because I used a bread knife and that didn’t work very well haha
Also the when I put the lid on my Dutch oven it doesn’t seal it 100% but this Dutch oven has good luck so maybe it doesn’t matter
