Hello Foodies! Sharing to you another easy peasy salmon recipe.

1. Preheat oven to 180 C.
2. Place salmon fillets, seasoned with salt, pepper, and lemon juice.
3. Prepare toppings: 1 1/2 cup cream cheese, 1/2 cup mayonnaise, minced garlic and dill. Mix well.
4. Spread mixture over fish. Add parmesan cheese on top. Cover baking dish with foil.
5. Bake for 20 minutes. Remove foil, bake for 5 mins more. Remove from oven.
6. Cook frozen veggies in butter. Place the veggies together with the cooked salmon. Serve immediately and enjoy!
