Many pounds of coffee, and gallons of milk throughout the years, my machine has more than suitable for my needs.
I still use the stock grinder and have no intentions of upgrading.
If curious for my prep/settings
- OPV set to 10Bar with blind basket, with grounds brews at 9
- stock water temp
- inner burr #4
- WDT, Distro tool, spring tamp
- I brew with the machines stock timings I weight and time with my phone.
