Don’t be afraid to pinch the dough gently to spread out the dough and shape it after the ingredients are on it.

Hard to tell exactly based on the pictures, can’t see the undercarriage or crumb, but I’ll give feedback based on what I can see and what I wish I knew.

    1. It’s a good looking pie, I’d eat for sure, you got good color.

    2. Fresh shredded cheese I’m assuming based on the browning on the cheese, always like to see it.

    3. I like some golden brown crust, this usually indicates some sugar I’m the dough, this is really a subjective thing, not much to say here other than if you don’t like it you can use less sugar sweetener to get more traditional dough.

    4. Shape, I don’t worry much about shape personally, and for your first go it’s really good. Shaping gets easier over time, and if you find the dough doesn’t want to stretch into the right shape let it relax a few minutes and it will loosen up some.

    5. I can’t see the crumb, but from the picture the dough looks tight/thin, depending on what you’re going for you may need to change hydration levels, more hydration Wil yield more bubbles which makes a lighter airy crust, again this is a subjective thing, sometimes I love my 55-60% hydration crusts, sometimes I love my 75-80 ones.

As a general rule of thumb, I definitely recommend either rotating everything or making lots of pizza and keeping onto of memorizing changes you make, pizza is very subjective and making individual changes like hydration or sweetness of the dough can really help dial in your tastes/preferences.

If you have the recipe/measurements used posting those will help people provide feedback as well, typically the most important things are dough hydration and baking temp/time
