Can anyone help me identify what is on this cookie? It was on my desk as a gift from a coworker and I have so many questions about this seemingly cursed cookie

I was able to translate the lettering somewhat on the cookie as either Izabu-Kun or Isao-Kun. I would take it out of the packaging to get a better look but frankly I’m a bit convinced it is the only thing containing whatever spirit is trapped in the cookie. I assume my coworker wasn’t trying to curse me but I am VERY curious what this is and want to know more.

Wouldn’t it be easier for people to identify if you posted a full picture of the packaging, including all text, instead of your transcribed Google translate?

A fun update: in my search I looked up the different ways to write Isao in kanji and realized one of them is the same as the first kanji in Tokushima. Looking up 徳君 and scrolling for a while I eventually found exactly what I was looking for! The doll on the cookie is a roadside protector near Okinawa apparently named Mamoru-kun. I have NO idea why Isao-Kun was written on the cookie though.
