I've had two Wilton muffin top pans for about a decade now that we just use for batch cooking breakfast sandwich eggs.

Had a thought the other day to see how brownies might do in them. With a big family, fast desserts are nice.

325 at 16 min and these came out great for a box mix. Nice crispy edges all around and a gooey middle. I'll try a batch from scratch in a couple of weeks.
