Here is the recipe:
-1 cup ricotta cheese
-1/3 cup of chipotle mayo (made with avocado oil)
-1 cup of plain Greek yogurt
-1/2 cup of parmesan cheese
-1/2 cup of Gruyere cheese
-1 jar of artichoke hearts, drain out the water, and chop into smaller pieces
-1 bag of spinach, chopped into smaller pieces
-1/2 teaspoon of red pepper flakes
-1/2 teaspoon of lemon juice
-Dash of garlic powder
-Mix everything together, pour into pan and add pepper and muenster cheese on top
-Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes

  2. of people dont eat spicy anything. Im one of them. Also lemon juice and mayonnaise wouldn't that curdle??? I like sinach dip but idk about this recipe even leaving out the spicy stuff. Gonna keep looking for a recipe i can enjoy with out spicy and without worry about curdling the dip. I could be wrong but the spicy is a no go for me
