if you roast the rice with butter you can do only 2 things: or you don't toast the rice or you'll burn the butter so doesn't make any sense…… but she's from Rome, people from the south don't know how to do risotto which is typical from the north of italy

Omg – Risotto is one of my favorite dishes!!🫠 And the simple, but for me most delicious version is Risotto Milanese! I personally love to add also some lemon to it – I appreciate the saur componente so much…😝 I would give the preference to Risotto more than for every Italian spaghetti/noodle dish!!!

she should learn how to pronounce Italian correctly: parmigiano has 1 g reggiano has 2, she pronounces parmigiano with 2 gs and reggiano with 3
