This was our second visit; we thoroughly enjoyed our evening. We had the 8-course “carte sur table” menu (172€). Food was excellent; there were at least three courses where we had that “revelation” moment (langoustine tartare, lobster, and the crystalline vanilla and olive oil dessert). Service, provided by a rather young crew, was warm, attentive and on-point.
The photos don’t really do the food justice but here goes:
Amuse #1 (trout, foie gras, wasabi)
Amuse #2 (coconut)
Langoustine tartare, galangal ice cream and sesame
/5 Abalone from Plourguerneau, fresh almonds and beans
/7 Half blue lobster under its ravioli and buckwheat risotto
Rascasse (scorpion fish), fennel and focaccia with green olives
Veal, porcini mushrooms and coffee
Summer deer, Alsatian raspberries and eggplants
Madagascar vanilla in crystalline and olive oil
Strawberries, brioche and horseradish
Surprise anniversary gift, a nice touch.
