My birthday is Monday but we had a party with friends today, and my husband pulled out all the stops – delicious dinner, a house full of friends, and an amazing cake.
The cake was delicious! Really great flavour, light texture and crumb, the mousse was light and fluffy, and he did a lovely drip effect with the ganache. Our 4 year old decorated with the stars, and he said it was a map of Mister Rogers’ neighborhood, lol.
