Never heard of Cava but I’ve always kinda enjoyed Fazolis. However, I honestly didn’t know if it was still around.
I would go back to Fazoli after watching your video – I used to like them OK but that looked way better. I LOVE Noodles & CO – unfortunately no Cava in Indiana 🙁

I'm definitely not asking for the Asian guy back but, what happened to him, is he exclusively on camara duty or is he out of the picture?
On the west coast you see a lot of Southwest style dishes and that might be why it's only offered on the West Coast, but if you've never been to Arizona or New Mexico you're really missing out on the food culture there because Southwest style is only good in this area. In California you get more of a Baja influence to that Southwest. Similar to eating Mexican food in Texas and it has a Texas influence so they call it Tex-Mex.
I missed the enormous food episodes. Where you take regular foods and you make it ginormous!!!

So CAVA really was a regional joint! They're all over the DC area, I absolutely love it! 100% a Greek Chipotle LOL
They might've changed, haven't been in a while, but their greens + grains bowl with lamb and some of those kick ass pita chips was (is?) legendary.

The next time you go to Noodles and Co, you should try the Japanese Pan Noodles. I get extra Japanese Sauce (optional for you if you don't want to) but this is my go-to order! If you want protein on it, go with the marinated steak. So delicious! ❤
