    I’m enjoying the lower hydration pizzas more and more . In a pinch I used $1 spaghetti sauce and slightly undercooked ( compared to my normal char spots) with cheap pepperoni and cheese. Felt/ tasted nostalgic for gas station slices from when I was a kid.
    Love the ricotta blobs . Very visually appealing and your combo sounds great. Will recreate!
