Other than the overall lack of seasoning for the size, how’s it look? Id go at that like a starving wolf lol

Also what’s this from? Just a massive cow??

    Flintstones steak mother fucker.

But yeah, good for internet points, but other than that outside layer that is gonna be one bland, under seasoned slab of meat.

Didn’t realize aurochs were still around

For the love of all that is holy in meat heaven, please stop squeezing the juices out. It’s just wrong. You know. They know. I know it. It’s wrong.

Takes two bites, okay time to chuck it in the trash.

Looks like maybe a full cut round.

Great for parties, hard to cook evenly, and yeah, dude didn’t use anywhere enough seasoning for it (though calling it flavorless is a bit much, it’s still a thoroughly smoked cut of beef).

The seasoning ratio is really bad, most of it burned off the surface and the center has no flavor.

Wow. Sort of a part of a cow. Wish he hadn’t bit into it at the end.

Need to cook that leg like a giant osso bucco

There is such a thing as size being too big..

I’d say that this is a situation in which less is more. Congrats on the interwebz clout tho.

First he drops gallon of marinade, then cut it open and squeeze it like: “look how juiciy it is”. 🤔

So much meat, such little surface area. Also, means the seasoning needs to penetrate much much deeper.

Fair enough for trying something different but I’ll stick to regular size steaks.

  13. What a waste of good meat. The cow didn’t deserve that

Seems like a lot of effort for a round roast.
