Homemade Beef Ravioli with Tomato Sauce Ingredients:
For the Ravioli:
1 lb fresh pasta (link to recipe included)
2 tbsp unsalted butter
1 cup chopped onion
1 cup chopped carrot
1 cup chopped celery
1 tsp Kosher salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
2 tbsp Italian seasoning
1/2 cup red wine
2 large eggs, lightly beaten
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup fine breadcrumbs
All-purpose flour, for dusting
For the Sauce:
1/4 cup olive oil
4 cloves garlic, minced
1.5 lbs Roma tomatoes, seeded and chopped
1 tsp Kosher salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
2 tsp fresh basil, chopped
