I think I achieved a point in my espresso making career, when I can finally say that l'm a proud maker of daily caffeinated drinks. I'm making espresso for about a year now and the hobby kind of grew on me, fills me with completion. During my trip to Milan and Tokyo, I got to experience exceptional tasting brews.
Glitch coffee in Tokyo is in a completely. different realm of what I have tasted before and the Starbucks Reserved Roastery did not disappoint either. But when I tasted their coffee, I realized that I can make comparable tasting coffee (for my liking) at home, with regular beans. Even my family likes it! It fills my hearth with warmth to know that I have hit a point in my coffee making career, that fulfills me and I wish you all the same with you dedication to the craft. Thank you all.
