*Salame* obviously, some sort of cheese but I can’t identify which one), grapes, in the bowl perhaps a chutney (from what?), then probably *parmigiano reggiano?*, and cooked ham in front and *mortadella* in the back?
Could easily imagine that as an *antipasto* 🙂
Sometimes we serve something similar we call a *Dreierlei*, typically consisting of green olives, dried tomatoes, and artichokes, but any 3 components can be replaced with something else – let me go quick and take a pic of the dish we serve these in 🙂
