I cannot recommend buying big cuts of meat that feed 6-8 people and cooking for fewer so that you can have leftovers for sandwiches.
The meat was a frenched rack of veal, seared then slow roasted with a red wine jus.
The sandwich was left over meat, caramelised onions on a baguette, lotta horseradish, some mustard, a little mayo and some romaine. It was pretty pretty pretty good.
