Made this the other night while trying to get back on track with my eating
Salmon with spinach orzo and cucumber salad side avocado
The orzo was a bit tricky every time I tried to make it I never got the texture right. It was a bit dry I only used olive oil and lemon. If anyone has any vinaigrette recipes.I'm so used to red sauce or heavy creams for my pastas
