Made this today. Sauce of cherry tomatoes from my garden.

Pasta was 200g of ricotta, 250g of 00 flour, 1 large egg, 85g of grated parmesan, punch of nutmeg, pinch of salt.

Sauce was sungold tomatoes, sautéed garlic, basil stems, salt and finished with basil leaves. Stems and garlic removed.
