Homemade spaghetti with sausage and tomate.
Slowly cooked and onion with some garlic and added the sausage without the skin.
When the sausage is almost done i added the tomotasauce and simmer it while the pasta cooks.
Right before the pasta is done, add a spoon of mascarpone ans stir the sauce.
If the pasta is al dente transfer from the cooking pot to the sauce and mix well.
Plate and add half burrata drizzeled with some olive oil and pepper.
