Balsamic glazed carrots
Serves: 2

Ingredients:
● 450 g carrots, peeled and trimmed
● ¾ tsp salt
● ½ tsp black pepper
● 1 tbsp olive oil
● 2-3 tbsp balsamic glaze
● 2 tsp roasted sesame seeds

Instructions:
1. In a larger bowl mix together carrots, salt, black pepper, and olive oil.
2. Place seasoned carrots in an air fryer basket.
3. Select vegetable cooking mode and roast carrots at 180 °C for 20 minutes.
4. Place roasted carrots in a bowl and coat them with 2-3 tbsp balsamic glaze.
5. Sprinkle them with sesame seeds and serve.
