Chocolate cake recipe
Ingredients :- (pan size 6-inches)
All purpose flour 100gm
Cocoa powder 30gm
Baking powder 1/2 tsp
Baking soda 1/2 tsp
Salt 1/4tsp
Powder Sugar 130gm
Oil 80gm (sunflower oil)
Eggs 2 (100gm)
Vanilla 1tbsp
Hot water 100gm
Bake in the preheated oven 170℃ for 30-35 minutes
Chocolate ganache :
Ingredients :-
100gm dark chocolate
50gm cream (or milk)
