I managed to find one relatively intact sleeve so at least I’ll be able to have a Monday morning treat. Maybe they won’t sit on the new reshipped box?

Why does it seem like this is happening so often 🥲 sends pictures to nespresso so they can refund and ship out new sleeves to you asap!

Note that Veho is a “last mile” delivery service. Nespresso shipped the package to a Veho regional facility which then delivered it to you. Damage could have been from Veho or it could have been whoever Nespresso used to ship it to them.
I received a box today. 10 sleeves and my free espresso mugs. No issues. After delivery they always ask me to rate the delivery. If you got one of those give them a 1 and also call Nespresso. They should send you a new order free of charge.
