Really enjoyed this one. The clam brought so much flavor to the broth. Pork, chicken, and clam-based dipping soup. whole wheat blended tsukemen noodles with pork chashu, nori (seaweed), negi (scallions), and ajitama
(soft-boiled seasoned egg)
