My grandma is diabetic so we used the icing sparingly. As cupcakes they take about 18-20 minutes! Idk how old the recipe is, she’s had it for at least 20 years.
IMPORTANT: It says pack firmly but my grandma says packing lightly is better for rising, so adding this note just in case! 🙂
