Tin fish summer continues with one of my favorite seafoods, razor clams. We have had all sorts of tin fish on this journey but razor clams have to be one the most delicious. This tin fish recipe is super easy and is definitely a winner at parties.

The razor clams are Pay Pay Navajas and I got them at Boqueria market in Barcelona. The tin fish shop is called Graus Gourmet and it’s owned by two brothers who took over the store from their parents.

My olive lady’s name is Marina and she owns Rosa Marina in Santa Catarina market, a family owned spot with over 60 years of history.
