  1. Try using semolina and stretch out the pizza further once it’s on the peel. Get a better launch, a bigger, thinner and crispier pizza

  2. Looks great, but usually you finish an og pizza with a drizzle of oil, the cold oil heating through gives it its je ne sais quoi

  3. Margherita pizza is lowkey the most overrated pizza of all time. its good, but it aint amazing.

  4. Out here in Long Beach, CA we have Thai Curry Pizza and the same homies make Tom Yum Pizza and I hope you get to try it one day
