Does anyone use wooden boxes for their dough or know enough about them to answer a few questions? I'd like to build them but am wondering what type of wood is commonly used and if they are ever treated with anything. I'm curious to use them during high humidity months to see if my dough is any different since it can occasionally go south pretty quick in my hot and humid location.
