    My god this is ridiculously gorgeous, I especially love the inverted mango half, I’ve never seen that as decoration for a cake!! Do you come up with these flavour combos yourself or follow recipes?

    First of all I have to say huge compliments because this is gorgeous looking cake and it looks even more delectable to eat. 
    Now to my question how do you make sure the marmalade doesn’t run into the cream. A big issue that I have when I try to put jams and marmalades with my cakes I end up having it run over the other so how do you successfully do that where it’s not running into each other.
