  1. It's one of the easiest pasta recipes. But I use Parmigiano instaed of Pecorino, because that's what I almost always have in my kitchen.

    Oh, I forgot: don't worry too much: A lot of Italians also break the spaghetti in half 😂

  2. That`s just basic knowledge of cooking, but this guy is really passionate. I love Italian food also. With making pasta aldente, u use it like roughage, so pasta is not fully absorbed, you lose weight with a full stomach. Hell, im doing that today, i`m also hungry after.

  4. It is said that Italians starts to cry if you break the pasta.
    I regularly make variations of this, sometimes with heavy cream and bacon, but I would never call such a dish Carbonara.
    Perhaps I missed it, but I didn't see any black pepper, which is essential for a Carbonara, it's basically in the name
