  1. I kept this pretty simple with the toppings but of course, you can add whatever you like, this is supposed to be a use-up what you have in the fridge type of dish.

  2. Chickens fajitas is my go to easy meal.
    Sliced chicken, pepper, onions, tomatoes, season, and lime- done.

  3. My mam makes this all the time but with Gluten free puffed pastry, green pesto, tomatos, red onion and dairy free mozzarella and dairy free smoked applewood cheese. ❤
