    ~100g catfish nuggets, 1/4 cup of wild rice blend soaked in spring water for hours, 1/2 cup of spring water, 1/4 large eggplant, tiny piece of ginger roots shredded. Black pepper as much as you like. Rice cooker brown rice setting for 1 hour.
