    Looks great OP! One piece of advice I’d add based on my cooking experience is to swap out the canned chickpeas for dried. Canned are great for convenience (I have several in my pantry) but using dried chickpeas and soaking them overnight in a bowl of water vastly improves the texture of the final product when making hummus. Your post has also convinced me to make a batch for myself this weekend.

  2. How did you like Fly By Jing? I got it from target awhile back and it didn’t satisfy so much. I really like Lao Gan Ma much more, but it’s obviously loaded with sodium lol.
