How does everyone get ready for their Nongshim ramen? I really enjoy the vegetable variety and I toss in kimchi, soy sauce, sesame oil, and a little extra MSG.

I personally like to set the table, grab some water, and sit down to get ready for my ramen

I make my kimchi nongshim ramyun with about 60% of the water requirements, put the noodles on a plate when they’re a bit firm, then toss an egg in with the broth. Stir til cooked and pour on top of my noodles. Ideally eat with room-temperature rice to offset the saltiness.

Any leftovers that I wanna get rid of.

Crack an egg in it and stir the last 30 secs of cooking. Add chopped green onions.

I also add a little soy sauce, sesame oil and vinegar.

I put some frozen mandu in the bottom of my bowl under the noses before I pour the water over the noodles. Cover the bowl with a plate for 5 minutes and you got mandu ramen.

Or put in a tin of tuna.

Lately, I’ve been adding mayo to make it creamy. And sometimes some chili oil right on top
