I used the recipe at www.preppykitchen.com/brioche-bread/#recipe
The recipe makes two loaves and that volume of dough was close to the maximum for my KitchenAid stand mixer. Kneaded the dough on level 2 and stopped and scraped down any dough that was creeping up the dough hook.
The dough is so buttery it is not necessary to grease/oil the proofing container.
I used a www.brodandtaylor.com proofing box set at 24C.
