Cooked up another Flank. Too rare or just perfect ?

  4. the first piece is like the finest bit for me personally(for a flank) but it is beautifully cooked and you got it so even!

    For flank, I might want 2°F-3°F higher, because flank can have that tough connective tissue in the center and it’s a lot less chewy if it’s heated slightly more.

    But it looks absolutely fucking delicious and I would devour it in a matter of seconds.

    Just a bit under for my preference, but that’s my preference. If you enjoyed it then it’s perfect. Great job
