Tamarind soaked in lukewarm water : 35 gm
Grated coconut : 3/4 cup
Coconut oil : for frying
Curry leaves : 2 + 2 sprigs
Fenugreek powder : 1/8 tsp
Turmeric powder: 1/4 tsp
Kashmiri chilli powder : 1.5 tsp
Coriander powder : 1/4 tsp
Coconut oil : 1 tbsp
Mustard seeds : 1/2 tsp
Dried red chillies :2 nos
Green chilli : 1 no
Lukewarm water : 1 cup
Jaggery : 1 tbsp
