Summer grilling brings out the best in simple, natural ingredients. This meal highlights the core of an ancestral diet—nutrient-dense pork chops paired with fresh fruit. No unnecessary additives, just straightforward, whole foods that fuel the body as nature intended. A perfect, uncomplicated summer lunch for the family, grounded in the timeless principles of eating real, animal-based foods.

For 2-4 people.

Ingredients:

10 pork chops
1 zucchini
1 avocado
A handful of cherry tomatoes
2 tbsp butter
Sea salt to taste

Method:

Step 1: Slice the zucchini into 1/4 inch slices.
Step 2: Salt the pork chops on both sides. Press the salt into the meat so it absorbs.
Step 3: Place zucchini, cherry tomatoes, and pork chops on the grill. Brush with melted butter, salt the vegetables, and let rest with the grill closed.
Step 4: Flip the ingredients so that the other side cooks.
Step 5: Slice avocado while the pork chops, zucchini, and cherry tomatoes cook.
Step 6: Plate and enjoy
