I decided to cook this simple Vongole recipe using Barilla Tagliatelle. It’s a great dish to whip up this weekend, whether you’re treating yourself or cooking for your family. Plus, with the Ber months upon us, it’s also an ideal recipe to enjoy during the festive season!

Ingredients:

Water, for boiling
250g. Barilla Collezione Tagliatelle
Salt

Olive oil, for sauteing
6 cloves Garlic, sliced
1 tsp. Chili flakes
500g. Manila clams
½ cup White wine
¼ tsp. Lemon zest
4 Tbsp. Butter
Salt & pepper, to taste
¼ cup Parsley, chopped
3 Tbsp. Lemon juice

Drizzle with olive oil
