I think my shaping and scoring is better on this loaf, I’ve always struggled with getting the shaping down but I feel like I’m making positive progress! I’m thinking a deeper score though is needed.

100 g starter
375 g water
500 g bread flour
10 g sea salt

4 sets of stretch and folds every 30 mins

BF to a 100% rise (I think lol)

Shaped and did 30 minute bench rest

Proof in fridge for 24 hours

Preheated dutch oven at 450 F

Baked loaf in dutch oven with lid on for 30 minutes at 450 F, took lid off to bake for 10 minutes.

I cut into it an hour and half after baking so it was still warm in the middle, I simply couldn’t help it and I have zero regrets 🫣
