Outstanding meal at the Chiltern Firehouse. Great vibe, service and cuisine. Langoustines to start, lyonnaise salad with quail eggs and black iberico pork. Delicious! A little baked Alaska dessert for my wife’s birthday.

    Did you start eating the langoustines before you remembered to take Pic?

    Also, maybe it’s the sauce, but the pork looks a little more rare than I’d prefer. How was it?
